• Payment must be made in full at checkout

Once an order has shipped, responsibility transfers to the customer.

Due to the nature of baked goods, items such as cookies and chocolate may soften or melt during transit, especially in warm climates.

• Customers may request additional packaging (such as ice packs or insulated materials) at an added cost 

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and delivery information.

• Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds 
• If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the order 

Due to the perishable nature of baked goods:

• All sales are final 
• No returns or exchanges are accepted 

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at [your email], and we will work to resolve it.

• Orders canceled within 3 days of the scheduled fulfillment or shipping date will not receive a refund 
• We reserve the right to approve or deny cancellations outside of this window
